Media Release:
TCL has been named one of TIME’s World’s Best Companies for 2026, joining the annual list compiled by TIME and Statista based on an independent survey of 200,000 employees across more than 50 countries.
The ranking recognises top-performing companies around the globe based on employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability transparency.
For TCL, the recognition reflects its three key priorities: empowering people through an inclusive workplace, delivering high-quality growth through global operations, and embedding sustainability into its long-term vision.
As the company marks its 45th anniversary this year, TCL remains steadfast in advancing technological innovation and fostering sustainable value for customers and communities globally.
“TCL is extremely honoured to be recognised as one of TIME’s World’s Best Companies,” commented Hawke Zhang, Managing Director for TCL Electronics Australia. “Our people are what make accolades like this possible, and attracting world-class talent is a foundational aspect of our local and global business.”

TCL continues to make the workplace a platform where talent can grow in step with the global industry by providing opportunities to work through different markets and sectors.
Sustainability is another critical foundation underpinning the company’s long-term strategy. TCL has published ESG and corporate social responsibility reports for 17 consecutive years and is a participant in the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).
“TCL is a world leader in cultivating an inclusive, sustainable and growth-driven workplace. This award demonstrates our commitment to that vision, here in Australia and around the world,” Zhang added.
