Yuzo Koshiro Brings Earthion to The Game Expo 2026

Legendary video game composer Yuzo Koshiro is coming to The Game Expo 2026. Hear classic music and play his new game Earthion

The Game Expo is thrilled to announce a very special guest. Appearing at the show on March 14-15, is the legendary Japanese composer and developer, Yuzo Koshiro.

Known for SEGA classics Streets of Rage, Shinobi, Super Nintendo’s Actraiser, Super Smash Bros Brawl (Wii) and many more, Koshiro has influenced chiptune artists, house music, and video game music as a whole for decades. A vibrant live performer, you can meet Koshiro, learn more about his work and hear his music at The Game Expo, and at a special pre-TGX club performance on Friday 13th March, to be announced. Yuzu Koshiro is one of the earliest indie developers out of Japan, and produces games with his company, ANCIENT. Bringing his new game EARTHION, a love letter to old school shoot-em-ups. You can play the game and get your copy of the soundtrack signed by Koshiro at TGX.

The publisher of Earthion, Limited Run Games, will be attending with Yuzo Koshiro. From the LRG team in attendance will be Alex Aniel who is a gaming historian in his own right.

Alex is the author of Itchy, Tasty: An Unofficial History of Resident Evil, and is a well-respected expert of the making of Resident Evil. He will have copies available for you to buy and sign.
