Capcom Unveils Resident Evil Requiem, Monster Hunter Stories 3 Trailer, and Mega Man Legacy Collection for Nintendo Switch 2

During the latest Nintendo Direct, Capcom surprised viewers with the announcement that Resident Evil Requiem will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 alongside Resident Evil 7 biohazard, and Resident Evil Village on the 27^th of February 2026. Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection soared in with a stirring new trailer and the reveal of the highly anticipated title’s on the 13^th of March 2026 launch date for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. Separately, Capcom also announced Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X in 2026.

Survival Horror You Can’t Put Down

 Resident Evil Requiem made a surprise appearance during the latest Nintendo Direct to announce that Resident Evil Requiem will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 starting on the 27^th of February 2026. The announcement came with a brand-new story trailer and brought players deeper into the twisted web of horror awaiting Grace Ashcroft as she investigates the Wrenwood Hotel, including a glimpse of new antagonists, weapons, and locations players will encounter.

Set approximately 30 years after the outbreak in Raccoon City, Resident Evil Requiem follows Grace on a new case where the young FBI analyst must escape from the horrors surrounding her and face the tragic memories surrounding the death of her mother, Alyssa Ashcroft. This new era of survival horror is creeping to Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X on the 27^th of February 2026.

On the 27^th of February 2026, Resident Evil 7 biohazard Gold Edition will also release on Nintendo Switch 2, including the full game, the “Not a Hero” chapter, and all additional DLC. Resident Evil Village Gold Edition will also be available, featuring the Winters’ Expansion and the Trauma Pack.
