Cult TV & Gaming Talent Combines with Epic Community Line-Up at Oz Comic- Con Xmas Edition

Oz Comic-Con’s Xmas Edition is shaping up to be a real Christmas cracker with TV, film and voice actors confirmed from around the globe, alongside lashings of community Christmas cheer events like Christmas themed cosplay meet-ups and competitions, the ugly Christmas sweater competition and a massive pop-culture marketplace to buy those unique, last minute Christmas gifts.

Taking place on the 9th and 10th December at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), Oz Comic-Con Xmas Edition rounds out the year of conventions, allowing pop-culture fans and the cosplay community the chance for one last hurrah before the year is out.

Here to try out a warmer take on Christmas will be UK actor, Con O’Neill, who has starred in some of the most popular recent TV shows including ‘Our Flag Means Death,’ ‘Happy Valley’ and ‘Chernobyl’ and for those who love a bit of vintage, Con’s incredible career, which has spanned 40 years, also regularly starred in British classics such as ‘The Bill’, ‘Inspector Morse’ and ‘Heart Beat’. He also lent his unmistakable voice to the ‘Elden Ring’ video game.

Joining Con will be voice actors Jason Liebrecht and Elizabeth Maxwell. Jason has been involved in some of the largest anime and gaming franchises including ‘My Hero Academia’, ‘RWBY’, ‘Borderlands’ and recent game launches ‘Marvel’s Spider-Man 2’ and ‘Starfield’. Elizabeth’s work includes epic titles such as ‘The Legend of Zelda’ and TV series, ‘Attack on Titan’.

Rounding out the Xmas Edition talent is Jeffrey Pierce who starred as Tommy in ‘The Last of Us’ video game series and went on to star as Perry in the incredibly popular TV version that graced our screens earlier this year. Jeffrey has also lent his voice to the ‘Call of Duty’ game series and starred in other TV series such as ‘The Tomorrow People’ and ‘Alcatraz’.
